The LGK series large-scale intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment is an intelligent integrated device specialized in processing organic waste such as animal manure. It mixes animal manure with agricultural waste and high-temperature biological fermentation bacteria, uses microbial activity to biodegrade and decompose the organic matter in the waste, and converts the organic waste into organic fertilizer raw materials for soil improvement and landscaping, ultimately achieving the resource utilization of organic waste.

Scope of application
Livestock and poultry manure: agricultural waste such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow and sheep manure, duck manure, etc.: straw, bean and cypress, cotton meal, etc.
Industrial waste: vinegar residue, cassava residue, sugar residue and other household waste: kitchen waste, municipal sludge, etc.

Basic conditions for process operation
(1) Feed moisture content: The moisture content should be maintained at 70% ± 5%;
(2) The temperature should be maintained between 50-65 ° C, with a duration of more than 3 days for temperatures above 55 ° C;
(3) Carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N): (20~30): 1;
